I am seeking re-election to the Eden Prairie City Council on November 5th. Over the last 4 years, it has been my honor and privilege to serve the residents of our great community. I have learned so much and feel I have made a positive impact on the issues that effect our city.
Some of the things the council has accomplished during my first term include:
The new relationships that I have made with the other city council members, city staff, and community members has been a highlight of my term. The many town hall meetings that we have held throughout the city have also been invaluable. I am here to serve you and am always available to listen to the concerns and needs of our residents.
I will continue to be an active, committed liaison between our local government and its citizens . I will also continue to listen, be innovative yet fiscally responsible and to support our exceptional city’s strategic plan.
I am still a board member and volunteer with Eden Prairie nonprofits and civic groups. I have also taken on additional roles on some commissions, representing the city as a council member.
I have a proven track record of deep involvement in community philanthropic and safety efforts. For close to 25 years, I have devoted my time to supporting and developing programs within Eden Prairie for those in need. I have also been involved with the development of many of the community outreach programs within the Eden Prairie Police Department. I am in touch with community needs and concerns, from light rail to affordable housing to sustainability. If you vote for me, I will do my best to continue to make sure the needs of our neighbors are met.
I love living in Eden Prairie and want to continue to serve on the City Council. This city is an excellent place to live, raise a family, and do business. Let’s work together to keep it that way.
